Emerging Companies & Venture Capital Associate — Corporate

Mid-level transactional associate role in a national emerging companies and venture capital practice. The team advises startups and investors across formation, venture financings, growth-stage M&A and exits, working on high-value, market-facing matters in technology, life sciences and consumer sectors.

This is a multi-office U.S. opportunity within a well-regarded international practice group. The group emphasizes collaborative client service, professional development programs, and progressive associate support and mentorship.

• 4–6 years of relevant transactional experience in emerging companies and venture capital work
• Hands-on experience with venture financings using NVCA (or equivalent) documentation
• Some domestic M&A experience involving startups or investor-side transactions
• Strong drafting, deal-management and client-communication skills; commercial judgment
• Active bar admission in a U.S. jurisdiction or eligibility to waive in
