Senior-level associate opportunity in a busy Emerging Technologies practice within a national/international entertainment & media group. The role focuses on data privacy, AdTech/digital advertising, AI-related matters, and tech transactions, with a mix of counseling, compliance and transactional work.

You will advise on privacy and product compliance, draft and negotiate agreements (including data processing agreements), support incident response and breach counseling, and help build privacy programs and assessments for clients across digital media and technology sectors.

6+ years post-qualification experience in emerging technologies, data privacy, advertising/marketing or related practice areas
Active member of the Illinois bar
Experience with privacy program development, privacy impact assessments, data maps and DPA negotiation
Familiarity with AdTech, digital advertising technologies and AI-related legal/regulatory issues; strong contract drafting and tech-transaction skills
