Join our dynamic and expanding national team as a Senior Associate, collaborating with two highly regarded specialists in employment law and industrial relations. You will work on a diverse range of projects, providing strategic advice to clients across sectors including energy, construction, manufacturing, financial services, retail, and higher education.

Your work will span enterprise bargaining, workplace change, dispute resolution, and compliance. We offer a supportive, collaborative environment that balances ambitious work with a positive team culture.

You will have:

At least 6 months’ experience as a Senior Associate, with a strong background in employment law and industrial relations.
Excellent analytical and research skills to navigate employment and industrial relations laws and regulations.
Strong communication skills to deliver timely, commercially-focused advice.
A commitment to client service and building robust client relationships.
A collaborative team spirit.
A willingness to embrace new technologies, including AI-enabled legal tools.

Ideally you would also have experience in some of the following:

Disputes and industrial relations matters in the Fair Work Commission, federal and state tribunals, and courts.
Advising on enterprise bargaining and managing industrial action, including multi-site campaigns.
General employment law issues: unfair dismissal, general protections, post-employment restrictions, executive terminations, and complex investigations.
Strategic workforce planning and structuring for major projects and transactions.

As above—experience at Senior Associate level in employment law and industrial relations, plus the skills and attributes listed.
