Employment Associate — Employment & Labor, Los Angeles

Mid‑level to senior associate role in a national employment practice based in the Los Angeles office. The team handles employment litigation and counseling across a range of matters, with significant work on class and collective actions.

Ideal candidates will be experienced in drafting pleadings, handling discovery, and managing all stages of litigation. Strong legal research and writing, excellent academic credentials, and effective interpersonal skills are required. Candidates must be admitted to the California bar and able to work from the Los Angeles office.

• Minimum ~5 years of experience in employment litigation and counseling
• Demonstrable class/collective action experience (including wage & hour matters)
• Proven drafting and discovery experience
• Strong legal research and writing skills
• Admission to the California bar and ability to work from the Los Angeles office
