3–4 years' PQE in employment law
Strong academic record and excellent technical skills
Experience in both contentious and non-contentious employment matters, including tribunal claims
Ability to handle grievances and disciplinary processes on behalf of employers and employees
Confidence in providing practical, commercially focused advice
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with a collaborative team approach
