Employment & Labor Associate — Employment & Labor

Top-tier national firm is seeking a 2–5 year employment and labor attorney to join its Employment & Labor practice. The role is open across multiple California offices (San Diego, Los Angeles, Santa Monica) and combines litigation and preventative counseling work.

Ideal candidates will handle case development, discovery, witness interviews/investigations, and brief writing, and will provide employment counseling on policies, compliance, and separation agreements. The team offers a full benefits package and parental leave supports.

• 2–5 years of employment and labor experience (PQE)
• Experience with case development, discovery, witness interviews/investigations, and brief writing
• Advising clients on employment policies, statutory/regulatory compliance, and employment/separation agreements
• Strong academic credentials, excellent legal writing and communication, high initiative, and willingness to mentor junior lawyers
• Current admission to the California bar required
