Our Employment and Labor practice group is seeking a mid-level attorney with two to five years of broad experience in employment law to join our team in one of our California offices (San Diego, Los Angeles, or Santa Monica). The ideal candidate will have strong skills in case development, legal research and writing, all aspects of discovery, witness interviews and investigations, and brief writing. We are also looking for attorneys with solid employment counseling expertise, including advising clients on employment policies and practices, statutory and regulatory compliance, and employment and separation agreements.

Qualified candidates should have strong academic credentials, exceptional communication and legal writing skills, a high level of motivation and initiative, a willingness to help train and mentor junior associates, and a strong work ethic. Current admission to the California bar is required.
