An award-winning national Employment team is expanding and seeking talented employment lawyers at Solicitor, Associate and Senior Associate level. This is an opportunity to join a collaborative practice advising major UK organisations on complex employment issues, from tribunal litigation and workplace investigations to strategic workforce change and high-value advisory work.

Following significant client wins and continued growth in contentious employment work, the team is particularly interested in candidates with respondent-side Employment Tribunal experience, though such experience is not essential. You will work alongside experienced, highly regarded lawyers on some of the most sensitive and strategically important workforce challenges facing clients, including FTSE-listed businesses, public sector employers, growing companies, non-profits and senior executives.

The team is fully integrated across multiple UK offices, offering a national client base and a progressive, supportive environment with high-quality work, real responsibility and genuine opportunities for career development. Flexible and part-time working patterns are available.

Relevant employment law experience
Employment Tribunal litigation experience, ideally respondent-side (claimant experience considered)
Business immigration experience advantageous but not essential
Strong matter management and ability to handle competing priorities
Collaborative approach and confidence working directly with clients
Sound judgement, commercial awareness and attention to detail
Self-motivation and commitment to continued development
Registration as a Solicitor with the SRA or Law Society of Scotland
For senior appointments: experience leading complex matters, supervising junior lawyers and contributing to practice growth; workplace investigations experience desirable
