We are seeking a Supervising Associate to join a highly regarded Disputes & Investigations team, working on high-value and often high-profile commercial disputes. The role is available in our London or Bristol office, with the opportunity to collaborate with partners and associates across an international network.

The dispute resolution practice handles a full range of complex commercial disputes, including commercial and investment arbitration, contentious banking and finance matters, insolvency litigation, regulatory investigations, and fraud claims. Clients range from prominent corporates and professional services firms to financial institutions, fintech companies, and hedge funds.

The team is known for its strategic, level-headed approach to parallel proceedings and disputes of significant reputational and financial value, particularly contractual, competition, boardroom, and joint venture disputes.

Ideally 3–6 years' PQE in commercial disputes
Some experience in arbitration (commercial and/or investment) preferred
Excellent academics and training at a leading firm or the Bar
Experience in and enthusiasm for complex, high-value disputes
Ability to work effectively within a diverse, inclusive, and international team
Flexibility and willingness to work additional hours when required
