We are seeking experienced employment lawyers in Melbourne to join a flexible legal resourcing platform that matches specialist talent with client demand. This is an opportunity for seasoned lawyers — whether already working as consultants or considering a move into consulting — to take on varied, high-quality employment matters.

You will advise across employee relations, employment litigation and investigations, and advisory and compliance work spanning discrimination, privacy and safety laws. Engagement will also include collective bargaining and industrial relations, corporate transactions and restructurings, and potentially large-scale remediation or payroll compliance programs.

The role suits lawyers who can hit the ground running, work autonomously, and confidently influence senior stakeholders while simplifying complex legal issues. A commercial, pragmatic and solutions-focused approach is essential.

Minimum of 5 years' employment law experience
Broad expertise across employee relations, litigation, investigations, advisory and compliance
Familiarity with work health and safety law, anti-discrimination matters, termination and grievance handling
Experience with industrial disputes, enterprise bargaining and employment regulators
Ability to manage large-scale remediation and compliance programs
Current Australian practising certificate and right to live and work in Australia
