National employer-side labor & employment firm is seeking an associate to join its Las Vegas litigation team. The role focuses on defending employers in litigation and administrative matters, including discrimination, harassment, retaliation, wage-and-hour and class/collective actions, as well as counseling on a broad range of workplace issues.

The position involves courtroom and agency appearances, arbitration and mediation, drafting pleadings and motions, managing discovery, and advising clients on employment policies and compliance. The team handles matters across state and federal forums and offers exposure to high-volume employer representation.

JD from an ABA-accredited law school and strong academic record
3+ years of litigation experience; employment/labor background strongly preferred
Active Nevada bar admission or ability to obtain admission quickly
Familiarity with litigation and administrative procedures in state and federal employment matters
Excellent written and oral communication, organization, and time-management skills
Ability to handle multiple matters in a fast-paced practice and work both independently and as part of a team
