Employment Litigation Associate — Las Vegas

Established national labor & employment team seeks an experienced litigation associate to join its Las Vegas office. The role focuses on defending employers in employment-related litigation and administrative matters, including individual and class/collective claims.

Typical work includes courtroom appearances, agency representation, mediations and arbitrations, plus counseling employers on compliance and risk-management matters. The team handles a broad mix of discrimination, harassment, retaliation, wage/hour, contract and restrictive covenant disputes.

• JD from an ABA-accredited law school and strong academic record
• 3+ years of litigation experience; employment/labor background strongly preferred
• Active Nevada bar admission or ability to obtain admission promptly
• Familiarity with federal and state employment agencies and court procedures
• Excellent written and oral communication skills; strong organization and time-management
