Join a premier national labor and employment practice defending employers in a wide range of workplace disputes. This Las Vegas-based role offers the opportunity to handle sophisticated litigation and counseling matters for management-side clients.

Defend and litigate employment-related claims, including discrimination, harassment, retaliation, contract, and non-compete matters.
Represent employers in court, before administrative agencies, at mediations, and in arbitrations, including class and collective actions.
Provide proactive advice and counsel on labor and employment laws and regulations.

Juris Doctor from an ABA-accredited law school with excellent academic credentials.
3+ years of litigation experience; employment law background strongly preferred.
Active Nevada bar admission or ability to obtain admission quickly.
Knowledge of current court and employment-related agency procedures (state and federal).
Excellent written and oral communication skills.
Strong attention to detail, organizational, and project management skills.
Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment and work both independently and collaboratively.
