A national law firm is seeking a litigation associate to join its transportation and trucking practice in its St. Louis office, with hybrid work options available.

The team defends leading transportation and logistics companies in high-stakes injury, property damage, and casualty matters across land, sea, and air. The role involves advising clients in the immediate aftermath of serious accidents and investigations, with a proven record of advocacy up to the U.S. Supreme Court.

Ideal candidates are driven team players with strong litigation, writing, and persuasive speaking skills, and are comfortable handling assignments with minimal supervision.

4–6 years of litigation experience
Particular emphasis on defending commercial motor vehicles, trucking, transportation, and motor vehicle accident claims
Strong academic background and demonstrated research skills
Excellent litigation, writing, and persuasive speaking abilities
Self-starter able to handle assignments with minimal supervision
Trial experience preferred but not required
Licensed to practice in Missouri; Illinois licensure preferred
