Employment Litigation Associate — Orlando

Established national employment litigation team seeks a litigation associate to join its Orlando office. The role focuses on defending employers in employment-related litigation and administrative proceedings, counseling clients on workplace policies, and handling matters through trial, arbitration and mediation.

Successful candidates will work on a broad docket including discrimination, retaliation, wage-and-hour, restrictive covenant, employment torts and agency charges, and will provide proactive advice and training to employer clients. This is a hybrid-office role within a large, nationwide employment practice.

• Juris Doctor from an ABA-accredited law school with strong academic credentials
• 3+ years of litigation and/or employment law experience preferred
• Active Florida bar admission in good standing
• Familiarity with state and federal administrative procedures and agency practice
• Excellent written and oral communication, organizational and project-management skills
