The role handles litigation and administrative matters, including discrimination, retaliation, wage-and-hour, non-compete and related employment claims, as well as mediations and arbitrations.
The position is client-facing and requires regular work across courts and administrative agencies, with opportunities to advise on policies and conduct training. The role is offered on a hybrid working basis.
- JD from an ABA-accredited law school with strong academic credentials
- 3+ years of employment or commercial litigation experience; employment-law background preferred
- Admission to the Florida bar in good standing
- Familiarity with state and federal agency procedures, strong written and oral advocacy, and solid case/project management skills
