Employment litigation team in Tampa is hiring an associate to defend employers in a broad range of workplace disputes and to provide counseling, training, and preventive advice. The role handles litigation and administrative matters, including discrimination, retaliation, wage-and-hour, non-compete and related employment claims, as well as mediations and arbitrations.

The position is client-facing and requires regular work across courts and administrative agencies, with opportunities to advise on policies and conduct training. The role is offered on a hybrid working basis.

  • JD from an ABA-accredited law school with strong academic credentials
  • 3+ years of employment or commercial litigation experience; employment-law background preferred
  • Admission to the Florida bar in good standing
  • Familiarity with state and federal agency procedures, strong written and oral advocacy, and solid case/project management skills
