Mid-Level Labor & Employment Associate (Tampa)

A regional office of a highly regarded law firm is seeking a mid-level Labor & Employment Associate (3–4 years) to join its Litigation department.

The role involves managing a broad range of labor and employment matters, including litigation in state and federal courts, EEOC charges and investigations, employment counseling, workforce reductions, employment agreements, workplace policies, and advising clients on employee relations and compliance issues.

The successful candidate will work in a collaborative, team-oriented environment and must be able to manage multiple priorities. In-person collaboration is valued, with an expectation of at least three business days per week in the office.

• 3–4 years of labor and employment experience with transferable skills
• Strong knowledge of Florida and federal employment laws
• Excellent research and writing skills
• Admission to the Florida Bar required
• Must reside in and be licensed in a jurisdiction where the firm maintains a U.S. office location
• Ability to work in the office at least three business days per week
• Hearing, deposition, and class or collective action experience is a plus
