Energy & Infrastructure Associate — Energy

Top-tier U.S. offices of a leading international firm are seeking associates to join a national Energy & Infrastructure practice. The role involves working on energy and infrastructure finance, tax equity and M&A matters as part of an integrated, cross-office team.

Successful candidates will join a collaborative group that emphasizes mentorship, formal training, and a mix of transactional work across the energy sector. The team supports complex deals for sponsors, investors and project participants across the United States.

• 2–9 years post-qualification experience in energy & infrastructure finance, tax equity and/or M&A
• Strong academic record and superior written and oral communication skills
• Membership in the State Bar of the state where the candidate will be based
• Ability to work collaboratively on cross-office, transaction-focused teams
