About the Role

We are currently seeking a full-time trainee to join our Energy Transition practice in Paris for the period from July to December 2028. This is an excellent opportunity to gain hands-on experience in a dynamic and international environment.

Key Responsibilities

Conduct in-depth legal research and analysis.
Draft memoranda, legal notes, opinions, and contractual clauses.
Assist in preparing and managing client files, both in France and internationally.

Profile

Currently enrolled in or holder of a Master 2 degree in Public Business Law, Public Economic Law, Energy Law, or a related field (or a final-year trainee lawyer).
Excellent written and spoken English skills.
Rigorous, detail-oriented, intellectually curious, and a strong team player.

Required Qualifications

Master 2 degree (or ongoing) in Public Business Law, Public Economic Law, Energy Law, or equivalent.
Final-year trainee lawyer (élève-avocat) status is also accepted.
Strong command of English (oral and written).
Demonstrated rigor, attention to detail, intellectual curiosity, and collaborative spirit.
