Seeking a mid- to senior-level associate (approx. 4–7 years' experience) to join a busy ERISA and executive compensation practice in Santa Monica. The role focuses on advising public and private company clients on tax- and securities-related aspects of equity-based and other incentive compensation arrangements.

Work will include teamwork on complex transactions and managing portions of matters independently. Experience with ERISA and employee benefit plan matters is a strong plus. The team offers a collaborative, cross-practice environment serving corporate clients across industries.

4–7 years' post-qualification experience in ERISA/executive compensation or related corporate work
Experience representing public and private company clients on tax and securities aspects of equity-based and incentive compensation arrangements
Ability to work in teams and manage aspects of transactions independently
Experience with ERISA and employee benefit plans preferred
Outstanding academic credentials and strong written and verbal communication skills
Relevant bar admission preferred
