A highly regarded law firm is seeking a mid-level or senior associate to join its ERISA and Executive Compensation practice in its Santa Monica office. The role offers the opportunity to work across teams while independently managing components of transactions.

The position focuses on representing public and private companies on tax and securities law matters related to equity-based arrangements and other incentive compensation plans. Experience with ERISA and employee benefit plans is a plus.

4–7 years of relevant law firm experience
Experience working in teams and independently managing transaction components
Specific experience representing public and private companies on tax and securities law issues related to equity-based arrangements and other incentive compensation plans
Additional experience with ERISA and employee benefit plans preferred
Outstanding academic credentials and excellent written and verbal communication skills
Relevant bar admission preferred
