Private Equity M&A – Junior Associate

We are seeking a highly qualified associate to join our Private Equity group. Ideal candidates will have some experience or a demonstrated interest in private M&A and growth equity transactions, with a basic understanding of the diligence process, ancillary workstreams, and the organization of signing and closing processes.

Successful candidates will exercise good judgment, communicate proactively, and effectively manage internal and external client and counsel relationships. Strong academic credentials, comparable law firm experience, and excellent written and verbal communication skills are required. Relevant bar admission (or eligibility to obtain admission promptly) and a deal sheet are also required.

• Class of 2025 or equivalent experience
• Some experience or demonstrated interest in private M&A and growth equity transactions
• Basic understanding of diligence processes and transaction execution
• Strong academic credentials and comparable law firm experience
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Relevant bar admission or eligibility to obtain promptly
• Deal sheet required
