The role involves advising on design, structuring and implementation of equity‑based compensation arrangements, and drafting employment, retention and separation agreements in both public and private M&A contexts.
The team works cross‑border on complex transactional and compensation matters; the role suits a collaborative, commercially minded lawyer who wants exposure to high‑value deals and client advisory work.

- Juris Doctor (J.D.) from an accredited U.S. law school
- Demonstrable experience in executive compensation, including equity‑based plans and related employment/retention/separation agreements
- Experience on public and private M&A matters
- Admission to, or ability to waive into, the New York or Texas Bar
- Prior experience at a peer law firm; preferred class years 2020–2022
