We are seeking an associate to join a global law firm's U.S. Executive Compensation team, with options to be based in New York or Houston. The role involves advising on design, structuring and implementation of equity‑based compensation arrangements, and drafting employment, retention and separation agreements in both public and private M&A contexts.

The team works cross‑border on complex transactional and compensation matters; the role suits a collaborative, commercially minded lawyer who wants exposure to high‑value deals and client advisory work.

Juris Doctor (J.D.) from an accredited U.S. law school
Demonstrable experience in executive compensation, including equity‑based plans and related employment/retention/separation agreements
Experience on public and private M&A matters
Admission to, or ability to waive into, the New York or Texas Bar
Prior experience at a peer law firm; preferred class years 2020–2022
