Growing corporate team seeks an Executive Compensation Associate to join its Bay Area office. The role focuses on executive compensation and employee benefits matters supporting corporate transactions and ongoing client advisory work.

Ideal candidates will have recent experience advising on compensation arrangements in mergers & acquisitions and other business transactions, and will work closely with cross‑border deal teams and internal specialists.

2–6 years of post‑qualification experience in executive compensation and employee benefits.
Experience advising on compensation aspects of M&A and other corporate transactions.
Strong drafting and transactional skills; comfortable preparing compensation agreements, equity plan documents, and related ancillary materials.
Ability to collaborate with corporate deal teams and provide clear, practical advice to clients.
