We are seeking an experienced corporate lawyer to join our multidisciplinary business-law firm in Périgueux, advising clients on all stages of corporate life.

Advise on company formations, including choice of structure and financing.
Support ongoing development through day-to-day legal monitoring, lease management, governance, and shareholders’ agreements.
Handle restructuring and transmission operations, including mergers, acquisitions, asset deals, and partial contributions of assets.
Work closely with a dedicated team and take part in client relationship development within a nationally recognized firm.

Qualified with a CAPA, you hold a DJCE or a Master 2 in business law and have at least 4 years of successful experience in a similar role.

Strong legal skills with excellent analytical, synthesis, and writing abilities.
Proactive and service-oriented mindset with a genuine sense of client care.
Team spirit and commitment to building strong client relationships.
Willingness to travel across the Dordogne department.
