Junior Associate – Banking & Finance (Paris)

We are looking for a junior associate to join our Banking & Finance team in Paris. You will advise French and international financial institutions, investors and borrowers on complex domestic and cross-border transactions, working closely with colleagues in Paris and across our international network.

• Structuring, drafting and negotiating finance documentation for corporate and structured finance transactions.
• Debt capital markets and derivatives matters.
• Advising on regulations applicable to the banking and financial services sector.

You will play an active role in client matters and departmental meetings, working closely with partners and associates in both French and English.

About You

• CAPA qualification.
• At least a Master 2 in Banking and Finance, Business Law or Contract Law, or a qualification from a leading business school.
• Excellent standard of written and spoken English.
• Previous experience within a law firm or financial institution.
• A curious, committed and rigorous approach to work.
