Mid–senior level finance associate opportunity in a high‑profile national practice. The role focuses on leveraged and corporate finance matters and will sit in one of several US offices (New York, Houston, Chicago, Los Angeles, Palo Alto or San Francisco).

Successful candidates will handle lender- and sponsor-side work on sophisticated financings, including acquisition financings, buyouts, restructurings and special‑situations debt transactions. The team advises institutional lenders, BDCs and private equity sponsors across complex corporate finance matters.

Prior associate experience in finance transactions at a reputable law firm, with lender- or sponsor-side experience
Experience on leveraged acquisitions, buyouts, restructurings and special situations
Strong drafting, negotiation and deal-management skills on credit agreements and related documents
Comfort working in a national practice across multiple US offices
