Mid–senior level finance associate role in a national finance practice. The team handles sophisticated lender- and sponsor-side financings across acquisitions, buyouts, restructurings, special situations and other corporate finance transactions.

The position is open in multiple U.S. offices (including New York, Houston, Chicago, Los Angeles, Palo Alto and San Francisco). The role involves drafting and negotiating loan agreements and ancillary documents, working closely with deal teams, and supporting complex, high-value financings.

Mid–senior level associate with demonstrable sponsor- or lender-side finance experience.
Experience representing lenders (investment/commercial banks, BDCs or other debt providers) and/or borrowers (including private equity sponsors) on complex financings.
Strong drafting and negotiation skills on credit agreements, security documents and related transaction documentation.
Ability to work collaboratively on deal teams and manage multiple transactions in a fast-paced environment.
