We are seeking a mid-senior level finance associate to join a national finance practice. The role focuses on sophisticated credit work on both sponsor and lender sides, including acquisition financings, buyouts, restructurings and other corporate debt transactions.

The position is open across multiple U.S. offices (New York, Houston, Chicago, Los Angeles, Palo Alto and San Francisco). You will work on complex syndicated and bilateral lending matters alongside senior deal teams and other capital-markets practitioners.

Mid to senior associate with substantial finance & lending experience
Experience representing one or both sides: lenders (banks, investment banks, BDCs) and/or borrowers (private equity sponsors)
Experience with acquisition financings, buyouts, restructurings, and special-situations financings
Strong drafting, deal-management and client-facing abilities on complex transactions
