Established national law firm is seeking a mid-to-senior level finance associate to join its lending team. The role suits candidates with lender- or sponsor-side experience on leveraged and corporate financings.

Candidates should have experience representing lenders (investment/commercial banks, BDCs and other debt providers) and/or borrowers (including private equity sponsors) on acquisitions, buyouts, restructurings, special situations and related corporate finance matters. The role is open across multiple U.S. offices.

Mid to senior-level associate with finance/leveraged lending experience
Experience on lender-side and/or borrower-side financings (acquisitions, buyouts, restructurings, special situations)
Strong drafting and deal execution skills on complex loan documents and ancillary agreements
Ability to work across offices and collaborate on cross-jurisdictional transactions
