A leading global finance practice is seeking a mid-level finance associate or senior associate for the New York office. The role involves representing corporate borrowers, private credit and alternative lenders, and commercial banks on a range of financing transactions.

Work will focus on institutional term loans, acquisition financings, syndicated credit facilities, leveraged lending and private credit matters, with opportunities to collaborate across banking, capital markets, private equity and restructuring teams. The group emphasizes associate training, early client exposure, and opportunities for business development.

The position reports a market-based annual base salary starting around the posted level and will be matched to experience and graduation year.

J.D. with approximately 4+ years' transactional finance experience (class of 2022 or earlier)
Experience representing borrowers and/or lenders on institutional term loans, syndicated facilities, leveraged financings, and/or private credit transactions
Strong drafting, negotiation and analytical skills; comfort working across financing, private equity and restructuring matters
