Financial Restructuring Associate — New York

Seeking a mid-level associate to join a major firm’s Financial Restructuring group in New York. The role involves advising on complex in‑court and out‑of‑court restructurings across debtor, creditor, investor and other stakeholder representations.

Ideal candidates will be experienced working on Chapter 11 and distressed‑debt matters, able to manage multiple matters on sophisticated deal teams, and capable of producing high‑quality analytical work and client‑facing drafting.

• 3–6 years of bankruptcy/restructuring experience at a leading law firm
• Substantive experience representing debtors, creditors, investors, and/or other stakeholders in complex in‑court and out‑of‑court restructurings
• Strong analytical, drafting and writing skills
• Ability to manage multiple matters, work collaboratively on deal teams, and communicate effectively with clients and colleagues
