Apply in confidence →Our client, a nationally recognized law firm, is seeking an experienced associate or special counsel to join its Financial Services Regulatory practice. This role focuses on sophisticated technology and commercial transactions, with a particular emphasis on the fintech, payments, cryptocurrency, and digital assets sectors.
Ideal candidates will have at least five years of experience drafting and negotiating complex technology and commercial agreements, including technology licensing, SaaS and cloud services agreements, strategic partnerships, and other commercial arrangements. Experience with bank-fintech partnerships, payments, blockchain, cryptocurrency, stablecoins, tokenization, custody, or related infrastructure is highly desirable. The role involves working closely with regulatory and corporate lawyers to help clients structure and launch innovative products at the intersection of technology and financial services regulation.
Candidates should possess strong academic credentials, excellent drafting and negotiation skills, sound commercial judgment, and the ability to independently manage sophisticated matters and client relationships. Experience at a nationally recognized law firm with a technology transactions, fintech, and/or digital assets practice is preferred.
