Join a globally leading US law firm as a First Year Associate in our Corporate/M&A team in Frankfurt. From day one, you will be part of deal teams working on complex national and cross-border transactions, collaborating closely with experienced partners and of counsels. You will support all phases of transactions—from structuring and negotiation through signing and closing.

Private equity transactions (buyouts, add-ons, exits)
Mergers and acquisitions
Growth and minority investments
Carve-outs and complex group transactions
Joint ventures and strategic collaborations

Fully qualified lawyer (Volljurist) with both state examinations completed with above-average success
Strong interest in economic and entrepreneurial matters
Ideally initial experience in corporate law or transactional practice (e.g., through legal clerkship or as a research assistant)
International experience (e.g., LL.M., study abroad, or work abroad) is an advantage
Team-oriented, responsible, and proactive with an entrepreneurial mindset
Excellent written and spoken English skills
