As a first-year associate, you will work on sophisticated transactions spanning emerging growth companies and venture capital financings, private equity transactions, strategic M&A, public company counseling, and capital markets matters. You will gain meaningful responsibility, hands-on experience, and direct client exposure while working alongside recognized leaders in their fields.

Excellent academic credentials
Strong written, verbal, analytical, and interpersonal skills
Demonstrated interest in corporate and transactional law

Sound judgment, attention to detail, and a commitment to outstanding client service
Prior corporate, transactional, or business-related experience is helpful but not required
