A leading US law firm is seeking a mid-level associate to join its US Finance practice, supporting its fund finance work. The role involves advising on secured and unsecured lending transactions, including fund financings, acquisition financings, leveraged finance deals, bridge loans, and other complex domestic and cross-border syndicated and bilateral financings.

The team is particularly interested in lawyers with strong experience in fund finance and leveraged finance/private credit. This is a multi-office opening, with placement available across several major US markets.

2 to 5 years of relevant experience (mid-level associate)
Solid experience with secured and unsecured lending transactions, including fund financings, acquisition financings, leveraged finance, bridge loans, and syndicated/bilateral financings
Strong experience in fund finance and leveraged finance/private credit preferred
Strong law school academic credentials
Relevant and sophisticated law firm and transaction experience
