A preeminent global law firm is seeking a mid-level associate with 2–5 years of experience to join its Fund Finance practice. The role involves representing leading financial institutions, investment funds, and corporate borrowers in complex lending and finance transactions.

Handle secured and unsecured lending transactions, including fund financings, acquisition financings, leveraged finance deals, bridge loans, and other syndicated or bilateral facilities.
Work on sophisticated cross-border and domestic transactions, focusing on fund finance and leverage finance/private credit deals.
Collaborate with a nationally recognized team supporting a broad range of banking and finance clients.

2–5 years of experience in fund finance, leveraged finance, or related lending transactions
