2–5 years post‑qualification experience in fund finance, leveraged finance or related lending.
Proven experience with secured and unsecured lending transactions, including fund financings, acquisition financings, bridge loans, and syndicated or bilateral facilities.
Strong academic credentials and sophisticated law firm/transactional experience.
US bar admission and ability to practice from the U.S.
