Fund Finance Associate — Finance & Banking

Mid-level associate opportunity to join a US finance team focused on fund finance and related lending transactions. The role will support secured and unsecured financing matters including fund financings, acquisition financings, leveraged finance/private credit, bridge loans and other syndicated and bilateral financings.

Ideal candidates will have 3–5 years of relevant law firm and transactional experience, strong academic credentials and exposure to complex domestic and cross-border financings. The role is open to candidates based in multiple US offices.

• 3–5 years' transactional experience in fund finance, leveraged finance or private credit
• Experience with secured and unsecured lending, syndicated and bilateral financings, acquisition financings and bridge loans
• Strong academic record and prior law firm transaction experience
• Active US bar licence or ability to obtain admission where required
• Willingness to sit in Charlotte, Chicago, Los Angeles or New York
