Mid-level Associate, Fund Finance

The US Finance practice is seeking a mid-level associate with 3 to 5 years of experience to join its Fund Finance team.

Responsibilities include supporting a wide range of secured and unsecured lending transactions, with a focus on fund financings, acquisition financings, leveraged finance, bridge loans, and complex domestic and cross-border syndicated and bilateral financings. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in fund finance and leveraged finance/private credit.

We are looking to fill positions in Charlotte, Chicago, Los Angeles, and New York.

• 3-5 years of relevant law firm and transactional experience
• Strong academic credentials from a leading law school
• Significant experience with secured and unsecured lending transactions, particularly fund financings and leveraged finance/private credit
