Growing US finance team is seeking a mid-level associate to support a fund finance practice across multiple U.S. offices. The role involves working on secured and unsecured lending matters, including fund financings, acquisition financings, leveraged finance/private credit, bridge loans and other complex domestic and cross-border syndicated and bilateral financings.

Team placement is flexible by office (candidates may be considered for Charlotte, Chicago, Los Angeles or New York) and the group handles sophisticated transactions for financial institutions and fund clients. The position offers standard firm benefits and may include discretionary bonus opportunities tied to performance.

3–5 years' US law firm experience in fund finance, leveraged finance or related lending transactions
Hands-on experience with secured and unsecured lending, syndications, bridge financings or private credit matters
Strong law school credentials and demonstrated transaction experience on sophisticated financings
Excellent drafting, analytical and client-facing skills
