A market-leading U.S. Projects & Infrastructure team is seeking two mid-level to senior associates to join a highly collaborative group that works seamlessly across offices. The practice handles sophisticated transactional work for clients in the energy and infrastructure space.

The role focuses on one or more of the following areas: tax equity and project finance transactions, and/or project development matters such as construction and EPC contracts and offtake agreements. Associates work closely with colleagues across multiple offices on complex, high-value engagements.

Candidates may be based in Chicago, Washington, D.C., New York, Houston, Los Angeles or Northern California. Applicants should indicate their preferred office location in their cover letter.

3 to 6 years of relevant experience (mid-level to senior associate)
Strong academic credentials
Sophisticated transactional experience at a leading law firm
Particular focus in tax equity and project finance transactions and/or project development (construction and EPC contracts) and offtake agreements
