Join a leading Finance & Banking practice as a Fund Finance Staff Attorney, supporting the group that represents financial institutions providing financing to private equity funds. You will work closely with senior deal team members to manage diligence and documentation across multiple engagements.

Responsibilities include:

Reviewing and responding to diligence questions concerning private equity fund organizational documents, including limited partnership agreements and investor side letters.
Drafting loan documentation and associated security agreements to memorialize financings to private equity funds.
Managing time effectively across multiple matters simultaneously, ensuring deadlines are met with accuracy and professionalism.

Qualifications:

Strong understanding of private equity fund structures, limited partnership agreements, and side letters.
Experience with fund finance, lending, or related transactional work.
Excellent drafting and analytical skills, with the ability to handle complex documentation.
Superior time management and ability to juggle multiple priorities under the guidance of senior attorneys.
