Our client, a leading global law firm, is seeking an associate to join its Global Finance Group in New York. The ideal candidate will have 5+ years of experience in fund finance, including NAV financings, subscription financings, asset-backed financings, or other relevant secured lending and/or derivatives experience.

This is an opportunity to join a market-leading practice representing financial institutions, alternative lenders, and investment vehicles on a wide range of funding finance products and derivatives transactions across diverse asset classes. The role offers the chance to manage client relationships independently and contribute to the strategic growth of the practice.

Must have 5+ years of relevant experience
Ability to manage transactions independently and effectively handle client relationships
Admission to (or eligibility for) the New York bar required
