Associate, Fund Finance — New York

A leading global law firm is seeking associates with 5+ years of experience to join its rapidly growing, market-leading Global Finance group in New York. The practice represents financial institutions, alternative lenders, and other investment vehicles across an unusually broad range of funding finance products and derivatives transactions spanning multiple asset classes.

The role offers significant responsibility and independent deal management, with the opportunity to contribute to the strategic growth of the practice. Candidates should bring relevant experience in fund finance, including NAV financings, subscription financings, asset-backed financings, secured lending, and/or derivatives.

Successful candidates will demonstrate the ability to manage client relationships effectively and move transactions forward independently, and must be admitted or eligible for admission to the New York bar.
