Senior associate-level opening in the FDA & Healthcare Regulatory practice of a national law firm. The role focuses on healthcare regulatory and transactional matters for clients in innovative healthcare, health tech and digital health.

Work will support senior attorneys across regulatory issues including AI in healthcare, telehealth, fraud and abuse (anti-kickback and self-referral), corporate practice of medicine, Medicare/Medicaid reimbursement, scope-of-practice questions, and Sunshine Act reporting. The role also involves drafting and compiling state filings and advising on ongoing state and federal compliance obligations.

J.D. and membership in the relevant state bar.
3–5 years’ post-qualification legal experience handling healthcare regulatory matters at a law firm, regulator, company, or similar.
Experience reviewing and analyzing state statutes and regulations.
Familiarity with HIPAA and FDA regulatory frameworks preferred.
Strong drafting, organization, and project-management skills; ability to handle multiple matters and meet deadlines.
Excellent written and interpersonal communication skills.
Proficiency with Microsoft Office.
