Healthcare Litigation Partner — Dallas

Senior partner hire to lead and grow a litigation practice focused on healthcare and life sciences disputes. The role combines courtroom advocacy, appellate work, and counseling clients on regulatory and risk issues arising from healthcare operations and transactions.

The successful candidate will manage and mentor litigation teams, oversee complex matters from intake through trial, and play a central role in originating and developing client relationships across the region.

• Portable book of business of $2M+ (USD)
• Proven partner-level experience handling healthcare and life sciences litigation
• Strong trial and motion practice; appellate experience preferred
• Track record of client origination and relationship development
• Experience supervising associates and managing case teams
• Active bar admission in Texas (or ability to achieve admission)
