Senior partner opportunity for an experienced healthcare lawyer to join a national practice and lead client work from the Dallas office. The role focuses on advising health systems, providers and life‑sciences companies on transactional, regulatory and compliance matters.

The successful candidate will be expected to originate and expand client relationships, collaborate with cross‑practice teams on complex matters, and contribute to business development and practice management.
