Healthcare Regulatory Associate – Mid-Level

A preeminent global law firm is seeking a mid-level associate to join its Life Sciences and Healthcare Regulatory practice. This position is open to candidates in multiple U.S. offices, including Boston, Chicago, Denver, Los Angeles, New York, San Francisco, Seattle, Silicon Valley, and Washington, D.C.

The practice provides comprehensive regulatory counsel to a diverse range of clients, including academic medical centers, health systems, outpatient facilities, healthcare professionals, digital health and technology companies, investors, and management firms. The team also advises life sciences clients—from global enterprises to emerging developers—on matters involving drugs, biologics, medical devices, diagnostics, foods, dietary supplements, cosmetics, and clinical research organizations.

Associates will have the opportunity to collaborate with attorneys across multiple disciplines, including litigation, white collar, transactions, and intellectual property, and will benefit from substantive training and mentoring.

Qualified applicants must have at least 3 years of experience in healthcare law, with specific experience representing hospitals, health systems, providers, or suppliers. Strong research, writing, and analytical skills are required, along with the ability to work both independently and as part of a team. Excellent academic credentials and references are expected.

Candidates must be licensed or eligible to become licensed to practice law in the jurisdiction(s) where they apply. The expected salary range for this position is $260,000 to $365,000, commensurate with experience, and an hours-based bonus is available.
