An established Immigration Group is seeking an associate with 1-3 PQE to join its London practice. The team advises corporate and private clients across the financial, pharmaceutical, media, legal, technology, creative, sports and fashion sectors, delivering results-focused advice tailored to each industry and immigration category. The role involves managing day-to-day global immigration needs alongside more complex applications.

The group has extensive experience supporting high-net-worth and ultra-high-net-worth clients, whose requirements are often specific and time-sensitive, focusing on speed of decision and freedom to travel. The team is multinational and provides culturally and linguistically fluent service to an international client base, working closely with colleagues in Tax and Wealth Planning, Real Estate, Reputation Management, Family and Employment law to offer integrated solutions.

In addition to the full spectrum of UK immigration law, the group advises on US immigration needs, providing transatlantic services for companies and individuals. Work spans business establishment in the UK, work-based visa routes, sponsor licensing, Home Office compliance, right to work checks, settlement, citizenship, asylum and human rights claims, appeals and strategic immigration advice.

1-3 PQE gained within immigration law
