Immigration Staff Attorney, Atlanta

Growing national immigration practice is seeking a Staff Attorney to join its Atlanta office. The role sits in a busy business-immigration group, working under partner supervision and collaborating with paralegals and colleagues across the firm.

Work will focus on employer-sponsored matters for corporate, technology, higher-education, financial and healthcare clients. The position requires managing a high-volume caseload, drafting and monitoring petitions, and maintaining regular client contact while meeting strict deadlines.

• Juris Doctor and licensed to practice law in IL, in good standing
• 1–3 years' business immigration experience (preparing and managing employer-sponsored matters)
• Experience with PERM/recruitment and nonimmigrant visas (H-1B, L-1, TN, E) and immigrant preference categories (EB-1, EB-2, EB-3)
• Proven ability to manage multiple matters, strong research, drafting, analytical and client-communication skills
