Seeking an Intellectual Property associate to join a busy life‑sciences IP team. The role combines patent prosecution and patent litigation work on matters for clients across the life‑sciences sector.

Work will be collaborative with experienced IP attorneys and cover drafting and prosecuting patent applications, responding to office actions, and supporting patent litigation and opinion work. The role is open to candidates who can be based in Boston, Denver, New York, Palo Alto or Washington, D.C.

Candidates should be prepared to provide academic transcripts as part of the application process.

Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school and membership in at least one US state bar.
Technical or scientific background in life sciences (e.g., biology, biochemistry, molecular biology) or equivalent experience.
Experience with patent prosecution and familiarity with patent litigation matters; strong drafting and analytical skills.
Excellent written and oral communication and the ability to work in team‑oriented, client‑facing matters.
