Intellectual Property Associate — Taipei

A Taipei-based Intellectual Property Associate role is available within a major international practice. The position involves advising clients on patent and trade secret matters and handling related litigation and general IP work across the region.

The team seeks a technically minded lawyer able to work on contentious IP matters and provide practical, commercial advice. This is a full-time, office-based role in Taipei.

• Admission to the Taiwan Bar Association.
• Minimum of 1 year post-qualification experience in IP, with exposure to patent and trade secret litigation.
• Familiarity with patent and trade secret litigation laws in Taiwan.
• Preferably a background in electrical engineering or physics.
