The role will sit in a busy IP practice that advises technology clients across counseling, prosecution and transactional matters.

Successful candidates will work collaboratively with colleagues across offices on cross‑disciplinary matters at the intersection of technology and law. The firm emphasizes high professional standards, professional development, and a competitive compensation package.

• J.D. from an accredited law school and active California bar admission (or ability to transfer/waive into California).
• Experience in technology‑related IP matters (e.g., patent prosecution, IP transactions, licensing, or IP counseling).
