Typical responsibilities include patent-focused matters, counseling on technology and IP strategy, and working with litigators and transactional lawyers as needed. The team values practical problem-solving, attention to detail, and clear client communication.

• Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school and active admission to practice in the U.S.
• Experience in patent work or technology-focused intellectual property matters (prosecution, counseling, or related litigation support).
• Strong academic credentials and demonstrated technical comprehension; technical/STEM background a plus.
• Ability to work collaboratively across offices and communicate clearly with clients and colleagues.
