Intellectual Property Partner — New Jersey

Experienced intellectual property partner role in a well-established national law firm seeking a senior practitioner to lead and grow patent and trademark litigation and enforcement work from the New Jersey office.

The role focuses on counseling clients and litigating IP infringement and brand-protection matters across technologies and industries. The team handles complex portfolio enforcement, clearance strategies and counseling on trademark prosecution and maintenance.

The successful candidate will join a collaborative team and play a central role in business development, client relationship management and cross-practice coordination.

• Portable book of business of $2M+ (USD)
• Admission to the relevant state bar and in good standing
• Proven track record in patent and trademark litigation and enforcement
• Significant client development experience and ability to lead matters end-to-end
