Established IP litigation partner sought to join a well-regarded national/international practice in New Jersey. The role combines patent litigation, patent prosecution and licensing work across federal district court, ITC Section 337 matters and Hatch‑Waxman disputes.

The team handles high‑value, technology‑intensive matters and seeks a partner who can contribute courtroom and trial experience, manage complex oppositions and counseling, and work cross‑border on coordinated prosecution and enforcement strategies.

Portable client relationships or the ability to develop a sustainable book of business are welcomed; this is an opportunity to lead matter teams and grow a transactional and litigation offering within the office.

Established partner/partner‑track IP practice with a record in patent litigation and prosecution.
Experience with Hatch‑Waxman litigation, ITC Section 337 or complex district‑court patent cases preferred.
Proven trial, dispositive‑motion and case‑management skills; ability to lead teams and mentor junior lawyers.
Business‑development capability or demonstrable portable client relationships.
