We are seeking a patent litigation associate to join a dynamic Intellectual Property group with a focus on life sciences disputes. The ideal candidate will have 2–7 years of experience, including at least two years specifically in life sciences patent litigation.

This is an opportunity to work on high-impact, strategic matters for the world's most innovative life sciences companies. The firm handles some of the most sophisticated and complex IP cases, at both trial and appellate levels. You will be integrated into client teams and supported by top-tier training and mentoring programs.

This position is open to any US office.

2–7 years of experience in intellectual property litigation, with a focus on life sciences patent litigation.
Experience drafting briefs and managing all phases of fact and expert discovery.
Strong academic credentials, excellent legal research, writing, and communication skills.
Highly organized with strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple projects in a team environment.
Background in life sciences or a related technical field (e.g., biology, chemistry, pharmacology) strongly preferred.
Juris Doctor (JD) degree required.
Admission to the state bar and in good standing.
