We are seeking an experienced Debt Capital Markets lawyer to join a flexible interim resourcing model, supporting a wide range of DCM transactions across North Asia. You will work with high-quality clients on a broad spectrum of capital markets matters while benefiting from the support of a leading international law firm.

The role involves independently managing debt issuances, programme establishments and updates, and transaction execution from inception to completion. You will review, draft, negotiate, and advise on transaction documentation and related legal matters, and provide advice on regulatory, legal, and documentation issues relating to capital markets activities.

You will partner closely with business teams, external counsel, issuers, underwriters, trustees, and other transaction participants, and support the broader Capital Markets & Advisory business on transactional and advisory matters as required.

As a consultant under this model, you will have access to a sponsoring partner and a dedicated client team, the firm's resources and know-how, professional training and development, and a variety of networking events. Flexibility over where and when you work is a key feature of the arrangement.

Qualified lawyer with 8+ years' Asia DCM experience, gained in-house or in private practice
Strong experience advising on a broad range of debt capital markets transactions, including standalone issuances and programme work
Ability to manage transactions independently with minimal supervision
Familiarity with North Asia markets and cross-border transactions
Strong drafting, negotiation, stakeholder management, and project management skills
Commercially minded and comfortable in a fast-paced financial services environment
Immediate availability or short notice period preferred
